KALYANA KALPATARUVU (KKT) is a free Brahmin Matrimonial Information Center in the service of Brahmins. It was founded by our Illustrious Founder Sri Kalvakolanu Chittaranjan Das more than 30 years ago. After the demise of Sri. Das garu in the year 1987 his elder son K.Srinivasarao carried over the responsibility of service to the community and improved it manifold. KKT was the first Matrimonial Information Centre (MIC) to computerize the day-to-day work of the organization in the year1996.
With Divine blessings of His Holiness Sri Siva Chidananda Bharati Swamy of Kurtalam, KALYANA SAMRAMBHAM, a State Wide Convention of prospective Brides and Grooms was conducted in the year 1997 wherein about 1500 brides/grooms/parents participated. A printed booklet containing the details of 500 boys and girls was distributed free of cost. The leading English daily of Hyderabad ‘Deccan Chronicle’ front-paged the held event under the alluring heading “COMPUTER PLAYS CUPID WITH CYBERAGE SITA’. KALYANA SAMRAMBHAM-1999 held at V.V. Girls’ Jr. College grounds, Gowliguda with 2000 brides/grooms/parents was a runaway success and on the spot 122 got marriages settled. The fact that our registrations turn thousands per year speaks of the quality and effectiveness in service. The lists of Boys and Girls was released every quarter and circulated between MIC’s throughout the State. KKT is continuously being strengthened by a team of dedicated volunteers every year.
All our Volunteers are Employees, Retired Officers, Students, dedicated in the service of Community and with a glorious history of a decade (10 Years) of organizing mega events, ‘KALYANA SAMRAMBHAM’, 12 years of Computerised Service and more than 23 years of Sincere, Selfless service to community as an organization
Pellipeeta, Kaadimaanu, and Paavukollu were mobilized and are being issued free to the needy for marriages.
Played important role in forming Federation of Andhra Pradesh Brahmin Matrimonial Information Centres – FOBMIC. KKT is honoured when its Honourable Chief Organizer was unanimously elected as Executive body then 12 years back and now again as Vice-Chairman of the Federation. KKT acquired two computers for its daily work and developed requirement based matches printout software first of its kind within a short span of three months and inaugurated the computer services on 1995, in A.P.
Started postal services to brides/grooms to the needy titled “KKT – MAIL MATCHING”.
Developed software to create Brahmin census, Started Strict enforcement of feed back system regarding Kalyana Samrambhams, which is reviewed, and valid suggestions are always implemented for the betterment in services.
Our Honorable Chief Organizer travelled widely covering many towns in A.P and Chennai, Nagpur etc to participate and to conduct hundreds of conventions. First time in (Rayalaseema) Anantapur Kalyana Vedika was conducted by our Volunteers under the banner “Vivaha Kalpavalli” successfully by one of the volunteers of KKT heading it and ever since every year a convention is being held.
Our Honorable Chief Organizer received “MAN OF THE MATRIMONIAL INFORMATION AWARD” from Vijaywada Shankarmath during the year 1999.
Even after posting all these successful scores, volunteers of KKT are not relaxed and continue their efforts and are striving hard to establish a Full fledged, Dependable, Reliable Matrimonial Information System for Brahmins. All this activity rolls out from two small rooms of the residence of our organizer. All this is not possible without the help by our volunteers who spend their time, energy and money just for cause of our community.
Our annual event ‘KALYANA SAMRAMBHAM’ takes place on 25th December and registrations are done between 25th November to 10th December every year.
About TWO Thousands of registered Boys and Girls from all over AP and other cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, USA and other overseas locations participate in our event and get benefited. In the last 10 years, we made more than 25,000 Brides/Grooms to assemble in conventions wherein more than 10,000 matches reported to be settled. Every care is taken for providing authentic information hence we insist on registration of every Bride/Groom by responsible persons. We also take care in privacy of brides/grooms by providing Cabins Time and discipline sense is maintained. Every effort is made by us to help parents in a cordial atmosphere. Astrological Counselors are made available for on spot advises freely.
